Alec The Third: The Greatest Storyteller, tells multi-dimensional stories through writing, acting, speaking and music that challenge people to break their chains, reframe and reclaim their narratives, and to liberate themselves and in turn liberate the world. Alec hosts conversations with amazing artists on the Bushwick Variety Show podcast.  He hails from Seattle, but has called Bushwick Brooklyn NYC home for many years, and has worked as an actor at the 5th Avenue Theatre (Seattle), Seattle Rep, National Black Theatre (New York), and Virginia Repertory Theatre among others.  With his soul band “I AM THE THIRD” he has played at Rockwood Music Hall, Webster Hall, and The Bitter End and many other New York venues.  Earlier this year he completed a playwriting residency through The Shelter Theatre Company, acted in a fantasy pilot called King’s Blade. At the beginning of this year Alec The Third started developing a one person show titled “The M.A.N.” about breaking the generational curses left by Alec Stephens The First, for giving up on his once promising jazz career, and exploring how telling that story can save the legacy.
